It's safe to say that The Weeknd can't feel his face! In the music video for his track "Save Your Tears," the crooner (real name Abel Tesfaye) unveiled a shocking new look.

Wearing a sparkly red sports coat, black slacks and black gloves, the singer, 30, makes his way into the frame, showing off his altered and swollen mug.

The star then dances around on a stage while displaying extremely high, chiseled cheekbones, scars around the border of his face, a thin nose and bloated lips.

BYE-BYE, BOOBS! CELEBS WHO HAD THEIR BREAST IMPLANTS REMOVED

Though it's unclear if the "Starboy" singer actually underwent plastic surgery or is just pulling a creative stunt, he's been hinting at some kind of ordeal for nearly a year now.

In March 2020, the singer performed on Saturday Night Live with a battered and bloodied face — though he never revealed the details behind the bruises. In August, he sported the same look while walking the red carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards.

He then upped the ante at the American Music Awards, where he performed and accepted a slew of trophies all while his face and nose were covered in bandages.

Still, every fan had their own opinion, with some suggesting that his appearance was his way of taking a jab at the Grammys, as he was snubbed in this year's nominations despite the success of his most recent album, After Hours.

"I know he did this video to spite the Grammys," commented one user, while another echoed, "The Weeknd doesn’t need a Grammy, the Grammys need him."

Another commenter couldn't help but laugh at the situation, writing, "Am I the only one that thinks he looks like [his ex-girlfriend] Bella Hadid?"

Whether his facial features are temporary or not, the star's sure to shock once again during his next big performance: the 2021 Super Bowl halftime show! "Performing on the iconic stage," he announced on social media back in November. "See you 02/07/21."
